What about Lancaster? They have a beautiful hotel, with great restaurants The Courtyard Marriot Eden Resort. They have a courtyard that would be perfect. Beautiful place.
The Poconos have some nice places. Erhardts Waterfront Resort or Great Wolf Lodge.
